The digitalization of the world community implies need for preparing citizens active activities in virtual environment, critical evaluation information content, and safe behavior on internet. Additional importance, this context, is to be attributed formation digital intelligence (DQ). initial stage DQ development specifically important, as involves citizenship. article presents results scientific theoretical experimental research problem primary school pupils’ citizenship formation. novelty that first time concepts “primary citizenship” “a citizen”, well criteria, indicators, levels its development, have been specified. In addition, pedagogical conditions defined project method implementation, based content; use parental control applications; didactic infographics informational educational environment. model process. study was conducted basics Poltava V.
